Flash Developer
We are currently seeking to hire a full-time Flash Developer to work in our Idaho office. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in Macromedia Flash utilizing ActionScript development.
Tasks:
- working with New Media staff and Art Director in creating dynamic online content
- develop and code finalized creative content from general project specifications and conceptual storyboards
- recommend and implement creative development solutions as applicable to projects
- must adhere to dynamic production environment and delivery schedules
Knowledge & Required Skills
- Industry standard design and development software including a minimum of: Adobe CS and Macromedia Studio MX
- Proficiency or exposure to incorporation of dynamic content (SQL/PHP, CFM, ASP) in the Flash environment
- Communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team based working and development environment
Bonus Skills
- Macintosh OS X and Apple Hardware
- Broadcast environments: Apple Final Cut, Adobe AfterEffects or Avid
- Audio environments
- Print design environments: Adobe InDesign, QuarkXpress, Adobe Acrobat Pro

We are currently seeking to hire a full-time web designer to work in our Idaho office. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years professional experience in web design and development including programming language and database implementation.
Tasks:
- working with New Media staff and Art Director in website development
- develop and code finalized creative content from general project specifications and conceptual storyboards
- recommend and implement creative development solutions as applicable to projects
- must adhere to dynamic production environment and delivery schedules
Knowledge & Required Skills
- Industry standard design and development software including a minimum of: Adobe CS and Macromedia Studio MX
- HTML/XHTML/DHTML code proficiency including the ability to view, edit, and troubleshoot source code during development
- CSS code presidency as pertaining to development of cross platform, cross browser sites
- Programming language knowledge, preferably PHP, as pertaining to development of dynamic web content
- Database knowledge, preferably SQL (MySQL), as pertaining to development of dynamic web content
- Communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a team based working and development environment
